 | Initial consultation |
| During an initial consultation, please tell us a brief description of your needs and expectations, and we will answer any questions that you may have. After this initial consultation, we will present you with a proposal for your website including a rough estimate, come up with some recommendations, or have an additional consultation meeting. |

 | Material / Data |
| Please provide us with the text and images to be used in your website. You can e-mail them to us, send them on FD or CD-R/RW, or we can pick them up. If you have hardcopy documents or photographs, we will scan them into the computer for you. (No bigger than "letter" or "A4" size) |

 | Rough designs |
| We create some rough designs of home page (the first page you see on a website) for you to choose your favorite. |

 | Contract / Initial payment |
| If you are satisfied with our designs, we will ask you to sign the contract and pay the 50% deposit of the total cost to us. |

 | Final design |
| Once the website is completed to your satisfaction, I will send you a copy of your website on CD-R and a bill. Payment must be received within 2 weeks. Upon your request, we will upload your website to your server. |
